Lynne Sarikas is director of the Graduate Career Center at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business where she provides career management and job search advice to students seeking residency and full-time opportunities. Lynne also serves as the voice of the employer from an internal standpoint, working closely with Northeastern’s corporate partners to identify their needs and support student hiring.

Previously, Lynne was VP, Development at United Way of Massachusetts Bay, where she managed the workplace fund-raising team,which focused on both new and existing corporate relationships. Prior to United Way, Lynne held a variety of management positions in industry with experience in sales, account management, customer service, marketing and operations management responsibilities with focus on corporate relationships and new business development. She also taught accounting and management classes as an adjunct faculty member at Stonehill College. Lynne holds a BSBA Accounting from Stonehill College and an MBA from Bryant University.
